In the market mostly sentiment triggers the investor mood. If sentiment seems to negative then investor mood also tends to be negative and vice-versa and sentiment depends on many parameters. 

In this market churning many stock go through the bull phase and many go to the bearish phase. Some makes their All time high and some makes their all time low in this market churning.Some stocks are hammered and some are rewarded with respect to their performance.But there are certain pillar stocks who leads the market in the market development through their continuous performance and shows the glimpse of the Nation development.

Stock exchanges select those stock and makes the market indexes constituting them in their portfolio . BSE Sensex constitutes for 30 stocks and NSE Nifty constitutes of 50 selective stocks.

Nature of the movement of the indexes sets the investor moods towards positive or negative.

iGATE Acquisition of Patni -An Astro inspection

I am diving into the deeper study of Nasdaq listed iGate and acquisition of Patni Computers Ltd and having a look to the deal with the help of Eyes of Vedas , the deal was completed on Jan 2011. 

In  Patni  horoscope chart , Aries Ascendant rising with it’s own lord Mars and  Moon indicating this entity  is having a very famous wealth yoga called Chandra- mangal  yoga , showing  a very strong wealth position or strong balance sheet. Patni as a BSE/NSE listed  entity , had market capitalization around 6000 crore Rs ($1.3 bn ) and a zero debt company .

In ascendant , presence of Rahu (North node) with Mars indicates adamant nature of this stock , and usually it is traded with lower volumes in the bourses  as compared to other  stocks on stock exchanges.So it’s having very less volatility and lesser vulnerable to any sort of losses.One can see that when Sensex has shed around 20% in the end of year 2010 ,this stock had  made a  very healthy position and lost  less than  10%, whereas other stocks have fallen more than 50 % !!!!

Jupiter being the lord of fortune and lord of losses or expenditures is sitting in the 5th house of speculation. So at the time of recession year 2008-09 , It had  hit all time low of 94 Rs and later when the lord of destiny and fortune helped  , it  rebounded to all time high  of Rs 624 (more than 650% pull back- how the destiny supported !). Jupiter also indicates foreign inflows in the company ,so Foreign investor   also had invested in the company .

Saturn being the lord of fame,status,career,gain is having eye on the Jupiter , creating a Rajyoga (Best beneficial combination in Astrology , denoting it’s own empire ).One can see that Patni was  having employees strength around 15000 and had a very reputed presence in all across world and India’s sixth largest exporter of the software.

Venus being lord of financial strength or wealth and business partnership , is exalted in the house of foreign place ,so it’s clearly having indication  of a foreign  business partner.
Presence of Ketu in the house of partnership indicates breaking of the  close partners and a new venture with a foreign player.Selling of the majority  stakes  by promoters  and a buyout by foreign funds is clearly showing in the chart.

Now look at the deal  what Patni had made with  US based  iGate  by selling all the 63 % majority stakes by promoters for $1.22 bn. The US-based company raised debt of about $700 million from Jefferies & Company and RBC Capital Markets to fund the acquisition  .This deal  is perfectly matching with manifestation of the planets in the Patni astrological chart.

Jan 10,2011 when the deal was completed , Mars as a lord of the whole organisation  was in the exaltation (having highest energy) in the  house of fame and status.So deal was signed between Executives of Patni & iGate. It was greatly helped by Jupiter as being  in its own house of foreign place and being the planet of expansion.

Saturn representing masses or here employees was passing through the  house of anxiety or disputes , So to some extent there was an anxiety among all the employees regarding the deal.
Rahu transiting from the house of fortune  boosted the deal and  accelerated by Mercury being lord of communication and services was passing through the  house of fortune and destiny and same was highlighted in the  electronic and printing media.

Finally deal had completed  as per the Cosmic pattern of Patni destiny.and at present the company  is delisted from the Indian bourses.

Is not the celestial indication given in the Patni horoscopic chart about its acquisition by iGate and same is manifested with the passing of time!!!!
